when adding a new entry in calendar there is no way to select the agenda and to add location details. also there should be an option to add participants

The "private" option is also missing and you should be able to select which calender the new entry will be updated.

I for one haven't figured out how to make an all day appointment in the calendar, instead of setting the start time and end time. I need that option as well, unless it already exists and I just haven't figured it out. Also a recurrence of every four weeks would be great (in addition to every month).

Great to hear this is planned. Need this badly for university. I'm syncing my calendar from uni(webcal) to live.com and to Jolla. I need to see places to spot my class rooms.

Is it in your plans to ad functionality to ad event to another calender as not the default one? Especially outlook and gmail etc?

Yes @sjpilis actually you will see it in the latest update being rolled out very soon.

Location works now - thanks! How about participants? Should that be a separate request?

SailfishOS 1.0.4.20 - still no participants.

for those who only need to view information about the calendar, just install Lync 2013 and it has a tab that allows you to view your calendar for today only. that view contains invitee information, originator, and location. good enough.

this only works if your organization has lync 2013 configured and it is integrated with Exchange (integration needs to be configured).

works for me as the company i work for has that exact set up.

How do you install Lync 2013 on the Jolla?

When I open that URL with the browser on my Jolla and select install, it just says that I haven't logged in via Google Play?

In the upcoming update, calendar event creation view will include location field. @teun, could you explain what you meant by "no way to select the agenda"?
