While there might be a software issue on your phone OR probably a defective charger, what I generally recommend and did on my own: try a charger with sufficient power margins...

Please do not misunderstand me, of course Jolla HW shall be sufficient to power its own device, no question 'bout that. However, I share the philosophy of "just sufficient is not good enough", so if you want a premium charger which would charge your Jolla the quickest and smoothest way and provide the maximum of power that a micro-USB is specified to AND is labeled by a trustworthy brand, try the

Samsung ETA-U90 10W charger. 10W or 2000 mA of current delivered to any mobile device are the maximum possible and would guarantee a stable power interface even during the most demanding situations. By the way, this charger was just around 5€ at Amazon, so really affordable.

That's obviously just a suggestion and no advertising for Samsung products, I just considered this device to be popular and reliable enough compared to some no-name products of questionable origin... Give it a try :)

i killed the process lipstick, the led goes crazy, display turned off and on. now i have between -1600 and -2900. (negativ is charging). its weird because rebooting the jolla dosent helped, but killing lipstick helps

If I understood correctly, you are saying that even when the charger is connected, your phone uses more power than it receives?

Try installing the "Hunger Meter" app from the Jolla store and see if the indicated consumption value is positive or negative during charging.

Is there anything changed since you noticed this behavior? Any new app(s) installed or maybe even power outages or surges while the charger was in a power plug?

You can also try using a different charger as long as it has the same output, or connect the phone to a USB port on a laptop or PC.

Did you try rebooting and keeping the phone off for 10 minutes? You can also take the battery out while the phone is off.
