[feature] option to pause / freeze browser in background

may I suggest a feature to pause / freeze the browser when it is pushed to the background? perhaps via Settings -> Apps -> Browser? let it be a toggle. let the default setting be Disabled (i.e. the browser is not paused / frozen).
this is because some web sites are really heavy with jscript and it slows down the whole phone down. however, it is still convenient to keep the browser app alive with the pages loaded (don't waste data traffic reloading the tabs when relaunching the browser).
@droll very good idea as this might have also impact to the battery discharging. I have experienced many times that open browser at background on certain sites will consume lot of energy all the time.
