[jolla-launcher] Bug report: multitasking - Notification Acces - reboot

On Samsung Galaxy W GT-i8150 running CM11 - Android 4.4.4
The built-in multitasking doesn't work correctly: i can switch between app, but i can't kill them when pressing the preview and than the 'X' button - they still remain active in RAM. And previews too doesn't load, only sometimes after a long that the apps were opened.
Every time, at the boot of the system, tha Launcher asks for the permission to acces to the notification, but it already has this permission.
Every time I use an app and than I return to the home, the launcher restart itself, and it take a long time to open, most time it takes 1 minute.
Sometimes the launcher cause the phone to freeze, and i have to restart it, otherwise it won't response.
