When some page requests my location and I accept it, browser suddenly crashes. I tried to switch off location services, switch them on again, but it still crashes.

It may help...
at least the granting access to positioning at here.com works for me now after updating the maps app.
update 17 of June It seems I was able to get here.com by accident and it took some time to figure out how I did it. Unfortunately it is bit complicated to explain in words as only one out of fifty attemps is succesfull.
First user need to swipe to direction that would not allow the here.com access positioning service. Once you have the last confirmation page, which says Cancel then insted of canceling positioning start swype from right to left, which shows the map.
The trick is to keep your finger on the screen throughout the swipe until the whole map page is completely at left. This is very difficult as releasing the finger too early i.e. before the page is fully on the left causes browser to crash.
despite the crash the gps service is activated and needs to be turned off from system => settings.
Clearly the browser/gps behavior is not correct at the moment
@steffenl and @garretraziel it seems I was just lucky to get here.com working for my answer. It took me some time to figure out the way how I managed to do it.
