I can't turn on Mobile Data, because switcher in settings grey out and unselectable. Restart connman, ofono services, reboot phone didn't helped. What else I can try to do?

Wrote Jolla my MCC and MNC so that they can add the mobile data settings of my provider. That did not happend by now, but: They fixed the regression (at least 1.0.2.5 was not affected) that empty settings lead to a greyed out and so not configurable entry with at least 1.1.1.27.

No answer but further question:

I have a Jolla 1 device and I'm just a user without big coding experience. Sailfish version 2.0.5.6.

I live in Finland and until two weeks ago I used Saunalahti operator, everything worked fine. Then I had to change to Elisa and at the same moment I changed sim-card the mobile data switcher turned grey. Now I changed to DNA (because my number changed from private to our company). Switcher is still grey. And there is no sign visible in the upper right corner of 3G or 4G connection, despite I had it with Saunalahti here. APN settings should be ok.

Restarting phone or flight mode doesn't help. Switcher is still grey.

I tried turning this ophono service off and on, but terminal says access denied. And in var/lib/ofono/... I can see the different folders but file manager says I have no rights to see the files.

Could somebody help me with this? In a way that I can understand what I should do with my little experience?

Thanks a lot!

To delete the mentioned folder you can download e.g. filecase and filecase as root from openrepos. If you start filecase as root and navigate to the mentioned directory you should be able to delete these folders.
