Hi,

I'm in UK network 3. When travelling in Europe the phone switched to local operators in France, Belgium and Germany. Now I'm in Poland and it can't find any networks whatsoever. I've taken my '3' simcard out and put it in some Samsung phone - it found local networks and connected with one of them.

I've tried restarting the phone but it didn't help. Anyone experienced this? How to fix this?

Thanks!

22/07/14: I'm now in Czech Republic. I bought PAYG SIM form a Polish network Play. Roaming works fine with this sim(O2). I've put my 3 simcard back in, it connects to T-Mobile now. I am even more puzzled now :).

I didn't experience a network lost but I experienced that my Jolla took about 15 minutes longer (than a Shi*Phone) to find and connect to my common Vodafone network while traveling from Austria to Germany and also receives the provider sms (while traveling into a foreign country) muuuch slower than other phones.

These roaming issues have been around since 2014. I remember several threads about them when I first encountered them myself. From what you tell, it seems Jolla never found the reason for this bug and was unable to fix it.

Thanks for the report, tracking this internally now. In case you have more logs or scenarios please add this the post.

Hi, same issue here. I've a belgian SIM (proximus) that two months ago didn't connect at all out of the country (I was in Germany, Austria and Italy). Now I'm in UK and it took three hours for the phone to connect. Very strange.
