Browser sometimes takes long to update pixelated text after zoom

Occasionally when pinch-zooming with the browser, and getting the resulting pixelated text, it can take a surprisingly long time before the text (and other elements) get re-rendered to once again be smooth. I don't mean just a couple of seconds, but tens of seconds. While that is happening, the website cannot be properly interacted with (clicking on links does nothing). I have seen this happen with very simple sites, with not a lot of content (and which, at other times, work fine) so site complexity is not an obvious factor.

It usually helps to scroll a bit.

And the same thing happens with the email client also. Especially if there's long lines so you have to zoom in a lot.

Also immediate re-zooming helps sometimes.

Worst part is links on the page usually do not refresh even when the text is rendered correctly, click on a link, nope, you definitelý wanted that link from half page up, worst annoyance ever (and then red led reboot because yhat autorefreshing page you wanted to view is a bit heavy, grrrrrrr)

I also get this right after the page loaded. At least it seems it loaded alright, but the text is blurry and remains so until i scroll around a bit.
