Hello there!

I have noticed a small bug in Mail app. When selecting multiple mails and deleting them it does not update unread counter right. It updates it when I shutdown the mail app and reopen it.

Steps to reproduce (starting point pic):

Select multiple emails (pic)
Delete those emails (pic)
Wait it to refresh

It is still showing 6 unread emails.

Perhaps for that messages have been deleted in the unread state? Mail app counts new email from all folders.

That could be it actually. But why it shows correct unread count when I close Mail app and open it again?

Aha. It's strange. My one shows sum of unread from Inbox and Trash IMAP folders even after reopen.

I'm using Gmail - Is that a factor? I have no idea :)

I'm using Gmail too and got the exact same bug happening really often.

OK. Gmail account added. I am gonna try to simulate this too.
