Connect dialog release temporary orientation lock

If connect dialog appear after preventing the lock turning by keeping finger on the screen turn lock is released.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply dynamic orientation
2. Disable all internet connections(manually, do not use plane mode)
3. Open browser
4. Turn device with finger on the screen.(display do not change orientation)
5. Press reload(or do something which need internet)
6. Orientation is turned to new direction
