I have latest update on board. Just for last 3 days I noticed that a lot of incoming calls are silent - I can't hear remote end and remote end can't hear me. I have to redial - this had happen with 3 different numbers. I saw nothing like that before. Anybody has similar issue?

@gb have you checked what volume and ringtone settings you have active currently?

e.g. if you have new custom ambience in use you should ensure that you have set it as favorite, which enables the volume and ringtone settings under ambience menu.

If I remember correctly the default jolla ambiences do not allow to set all the volume and ring tone settings.

When doing an outgoing call or taking in incoming call, don't have no sound at all alltough the sound level is at maximum. Have to put on the loudspeaker to hear the person on the other side . All my other sounds are working properly.

Issue somehow solved itself. Now all fine. I am quite sure that: 1. I didn't change anything - didn't open cover, didn't change other half, so on. 2. Volume were at maximum. 3. Issue persisted after reboot. 4. I never saw anything like that before.

Can't it be related to ofono upgrade? As I can't reproduce this right now - seems all back to normal, I can't say anything else.

2Hans - I am not this phone developer, but i can guess that there is two speakes inside. May be one in your phone is broken. My other guess is that easiest way to check is to reset phone to factory settings and in case if it wouldn't work with factory - replace it. Beware that reset would kill all your apps and data.

Thanks for the response. In meanwhile did a reboot (didn't work) and then tried the factory reset (didn't work either). So it had to be one of the speakers(earspeaker or loudspeaker) that is broken, checked it with the CSD Tool. Loudspeaker works perfect as expected but earspeaker (called receiver in csd tool) does play sound but very very faded, So that's the cullprit.
