selective vibration & ringtones

I tried to look around in all forums questions but I am unable to find it. I have a few questions may be one or two are duplicate but please bear with me.
is it possible that I can just keep vibration for pulley menus? as I don't like the vibration when I am typing. if I disable vibration, the pulley menu disables it too. The pulley menu isn't as comfortable to use without the vibration/haptic feedback.
I have the aloe ambience, though I like TOH and ringtones but not so much the background. is it possible to change the background and keep the ringtones. if yes, how? or they all come in a package.
how to get back to the startup screen where I can choose how my folder icons look?
