Suggestion: Add extension for files copied from MMS

When I use "Copy to gallery" in MMS feature of Messaging app, the picture shows on Gallery app. Meanwhile, the filename does not contain any extension so other apps may not detect the file as photo. For that case I have to rename the file manually.

Can we add extension to the file name if:

  • There is no extension specified in original MMS message
  • File extension could be determined by checking magic numbers

so other apps can see the photo as well?
