[Bug] SIM Card loose contact disables SIM Toolkit App

The SIM Application Toolkit (simkit) support was added in version 1.0.7.16 to Sailfish OS. I noticed that the specific operator service's App-icon (in my case it is Vodafone.de) will disappear after my SIM Card lost contact and I have to enter the PIN again. You have to reboot your Jolla to bring back the App icon.
