It would be great to have an undo-option in the native notes app because it is really easy to accidentally delete some text in the notes app.

BUMP [@ScumCoder, Oct 2015]: Today I wanted to copy some information stored in the Notes app, and due to an old bug with the clipboard the selected info was replaced with the old contents of the clipboard instead of being copied into it. So this info was lost permanently. This got me into a HUGE trouble because it all happened during a meeting with my business partners and I really NEEDED that info. (Silly me, relying on a smartphone in 2015).

I can tolerate buggy clipboard, but can I PLEASE have my Harmattan behaviour back, with two options - "Save" and "Cancel"?

In general, an undo option on the vkb would be great, but I've no idea where to put it, though…

For instance, it happens from time to time to insert the clipboard instead of selecting the first word prediction. When the clipboard is a mail content, it's a long pile of text to erase. As for reverse operation, writing a long text, then selecting it, but accidentaly pressing any letter or prediction word erase the whole text…

@Damien Caliste - How about swiping the keyboard, to the left to undo and to the right to redo? :D

I actually lost quite important data because of this yesterday. :( Was in the notes app, too, but I think it would make more sense to integrate it in the keyboard controls somehow, so that it's available in all text fields in other apps, too. Not having an undo function violates the tolerance principle of user interface design. Come on, Jolla, this is below your standards, you can do this!

I just want "undo" functionality available in the API. I want to add it to my Jolla text editor. There's "undo" functionality built in to Qt, but I don't think it's available on Sailfish. :(

Right! Also when having deleted too much in this web form by mistake, undo in browser would be a delight.
