I was multitasking different android windows when sudenly the phone turn off and came back stuck with the beautufull JOLLA logo. And......nothing.

I then try to reset the phone using Telnet and the recovery tool. But.....nothing.

Here after what recovery tool tell me: Are you realy SURE? [y/N] y[CLEANUP] Sarting cleanup! [CLEANUP] Unmounting top volume... [CLEANUP] Deleting /mnt [CLEANUP] Cleanup done. Mounting /dev/mmcblk0p28 on /mnt Segmentation fault [ERROR] Can't mount '/dev/mmcblk0p28' to '/mnt' [CLEANUP] Sarting cleanup! [CLEANUP] Unmounting top volume... [CLEANUP] Deleting /mnt [CLEANUP] Cleanup done.

What can I do to recover my jolla ?????? Thanks to help me.

The first attempt should have been to fix btrfs as this is what probably was messed up. Are you able to get to recovery mode again and can try to recover the btrfs? Join IRC freenode #jollamobile for live help.

https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202208763#5 Also i've seen some person here asking for a mmcblk0p28 file that one gets immediately after factory reset. The point is that this partition contains user data like passwords and such. But still he got that file and fixed his issue. I have nothing more to say, good luck to you.

I had same problem and it took time to find (yet incomplete) solution. I used btrfs-zero-log for mmcblk0p28 partition (had to backup this partition to my computer for treatment and then restore it to phone). That made my phone bootable again. There are still btrfs errors which btrfs check --repair can't fix, actually the repair call looks to fail internally at some point. I hope that btrfs bugs get fixed or Jolla should really replace this problematic filesystem with some more stable one.

Have also look https://together.jolla.com/question/53061/btrfs-recovery-segfaults-when-trying-to-repair-root-partition/

And let's see if this new update will fix some of the problems as segmentation fault is mentioned. https://together.jolla.com/question/71741/release-notes-on-hold-software-version-11126-vaarainjarvi/
