No lock screen notification for Android App

Hi,

I use the Android App "Threema" for Instant Messaging. I only see new Messages, if i swipe from the bottom border up. I don't get LED Notification, Sound, Vibration or Lockscreen Notification Icon. So i would like to see new messages with locked device (LED, vibration, sound and lock screen icon). Is there a solution for this problem? I already found some related questions on this topic, but not the same.

I've seen some Android notifications on the lock screen (skype) in the first or second version of SailfishOS but not after.

please let users decide what Notifications they want to see on the homescreen. I think IM is much more important than email.
