User information in first-run wizard - what is it used for? [answered]

During the first run of my phone, a wizard guided me through a few bits and pieces, including asking me for my name and telephone number. I chose to skip this part, and now I can't find anywhere to enter this information after the fact. Is there any way I can do this outside of the first-run wizard, and what is this info generally used for?
