skype crashes on startup [duplicate]

Hi!
I try to start skype on: 1.0.8.19 With skype version 5.1.76.50382
But I get page fault om.skype.raider: unhandled page fault (11) at 0x00000008, code 0x005

Use older version of Skype e.g.: 4.5.429 or 4.4.0.34403 Already discussed here: https://together.jolla.com/question/53286/any-skype-working-client/

Install gapps and you'll have all android apps correctly updated.
I personally use

gapps is a CPU and memory HOG. As soon as I start Dalvik and have gapps installed the CPU and mem is at top.
