Hi!

I'd like to have Sailfish OS running on my Raspberry. Would it be possible to port?

Like the Virtualbox emulator that runs Sailfish OS.

I think peoples could have more fun with the Raspberry Pi if it's running Sailfish OS. Cool VNC, video chat and a lot more fun..

It is like with all the other news about Sailfish running on this or that device: If there is no install image available, then what is the point of telling the world about it? All rumours, no evidence.

I heard Sailfish would run on the Nokia N9, the Samsung Galaxy S3 and other devices. Yet there is still no way to install it easily, if at all!

How do you do the edge swipes and two finger pinches with a mouse? ...or do you use a touchpad?

Yes and as it was reported e.g. here somone already managed to run a bare-bones version of latest SailfishOS on the Raspberry Pi 2. :)

AFAIK it is not practically possible, because Raspberry has ARMv6 and Sailfish requires ARMv7. I don't know/remember the details of why not; this is just what I've understood based on some discussions online.
