To avoid any negative feedback afterwards (from customers buying the phone after reading the answers in the link above), just maybe we could ask if snapdeal could guide the customers here at TJC instead of their own QA panel, which currently already have some wrong information. According to their panel, Jolla runs all Android apps

Another example, which I find quite interesting, maybe worth a note to the retailer:

  • Q: "I want to buy the Jolla phone delivery is not available to my location. I have bought stuff from Snapdeal previously and never faced this problem. Can any exception be made on this part?"
  • A: "Hi! Delivery depends on your location and the location of seller. To know more about it visit www.snapdeal.com/help. Also note that, depending on your city, Express Delivery may be available."
  • HELP > About > Which cities are these products available in? > Snapdeal offers delivery all over India. Our aim is to reach and serve maximum customers in every corner of the country.

Not sure why you disagree with WhatsApp compatibility. The Android app works fine, and Mitakuuluu is (IMO) the best WhatsApp client available on any platform.

Mitakuuluu is a great client, but another app. See the Q&A there to find the fault in that answer

Or let's just paste it here to avoid extra clicks: Q: Can I use Whatsapp... A: Yes, You can use Whatsapp or any android app on JOLLA

Latter part of the statement is obviously untrue, but unless Whatsapp has stopped working recently, it always did for me? Not that I had any reason to use it, with Mitakuuluu being available.

Low level commercial tactics. It's going to backfire in face of Jolla!

Um .. the Q/A is users posting. Not Snapdeal.

Mine does open Office attachments. I also don't see the problem with WhatsApp. Both statements are true.
