Lightify app and Jolla? [answered]

Has anybody got Lightify App to work with Jolla?
The app installs fine to Jolla, but the 4th installation step where the mobile should be connected to the Lightify gateway via WLAN fails - the password the app gives for the gateway just is not approved. Unsure if the problem is in the pwd, the app, jolla or the gateway itself, since I don't have any another android to try this. I tried reseting the gateway, but no luck. The gateway's tech requirements only say that it requires android 4.0 or up, but nothing else.
(Tried contacting the support of the vendor side also, but I haven't very high hopes as this might be quite atypical combination, which they haven't tried.) I'll keep on experimenting, but all help is appreciated :)
