basically in India Jolla had a further (temporary) price reduction to about 188 Euro.

I then replied suggesting the following:

@zzste why not allowing The First Ones to buy one more #Jolla for 200€ as is the promotion price for India? That would be loyal // @JollaHQ

I think that it would be a good action to loyal The first Ones to have the opportunity to buy one Jolla phone each at 200€ . While I'm part of the 100€ preorder group I think everyone who committed (even with 0€) should be included in this promotion.

Too bad I was early, but not among the first... But it would be a good idea to encourage those who were first to support the company. I go back to waiting for J2. ...and the smaller J3...

I too would like the possibility to buy a second J1 at lowered price. The one i have is everything i hoped it would be.

I'll buy a Jolla 2 in a heartbeat if it actually supports my wireless carrier (AWS 3G), I wouldn't even need any hardware improvements personally (although a better display would be nice; it's fine for apps, but loading webpages makes the low-density a bit painfully obvious).

I voted for the proposal above, but then came back thinking I would add a comment similar to yours. At 200eur, the current hardware is a better proposition, and I could pass the discount to a friend or a family member. But for my personal use, I would prefer a discount on next generation hardware. I am not normally buying a phone every year, but in case of a nice discount, I might think about it. ;)
