Be able to batch-configure calendar notification of some services

Some services (like Exchange, Facebook) push data in the calendar. Most of these events don't have notifications that are associated to them, or have a default one (like ringing for Facebook friends birthday). The problem is that some of these default notifications are not suited. I don't want my phone to ring when a friend have his / her birthday, but I would prefer it to just display a notification.

It could be nice if settings app provides an entry to batch configure calendar notifications for online services that sync with calendar, so that the user can tune online services calendar behaviour.

I've so far only transferred my contacts from my previous phone, and it seems that birthdays (which are saved in contact's information) get a default notification 2 days before a birthday at noon. But there doesn't seem to be a setting to disable the birthday notifications? (There really should be.)

This is a really important feature. Noisy repeating notifications for some random person's birthday are really annoying.

And also other way around as I noticed that all calendar entries synced from google account (work account) are inserted to calendar with "notification off". I would like to get reminder from my work meetings like all previous phones has done.
