bluetooth handsfree voice call volume too low

I am using BLINC™ KIE motorcycle helmet handsfree (http://www.blinctech.com/blacart/blinc-kie/blinc-kie-datail/). The volume of the music from the media player is very good but phone call volume is very low by default. If I turn the volume from the helmet and start to increase the volume both on the helmet and on the phone it increases a bit but again is too low.
