bluetooth fails to switch on since security update [answered]

since the .21 security update, i am unable to turn on bluetooth. It just geta stuck in th flashing state.

also after rebooting the phone the bluetooth icon shows even though it is off .

long story short - bluetooth is now completely broken.

No problems with any of my bluetooth units. Maybe a reinstall would sort it?

I think the update zapped the device name. It was blank, so I reset it and it now works.

Phew!

Then maybe either update the title and description to reflect this, or close the issue?
