E-mail app - no possibility to choose specified sync intervals [duplicate]

Hello,

I tried to choose a sync interval for my e-mail app. It was not possible. I wasn’t able to choose any of the given possibilities:

every 5 minutes
every 15 minutes
every 30 minutes
every hour
two times the day
manually
personal

Please help me.

Happened to me once, I had to recreate the account to fix it

Me, too. After deleting and recreating the account it worked fine again.
