It's natural for the Western culture to show most important (most recent) app in the top left and go right-down from it towards the oldest ones, but.. top-left corner is exactly the one that is most difficult to reach by thumb on a phone.

Let's reverse and put most recent apps to the bottom-right with older ones going to the top-left. Would make swithching between several recent apps much easier.

What to do with tenth and older app cards I don't know. What do you think?

I am with you about this - top left corner is the hardest to reach for right handed user. For me the best solution will be ability to reshuffle manually and pin positions for the covers(it was already proposed here: https://together.jolla.com/question/428/fixed-sorting-of-application-covers-on-home-screen/), but that will need some more careful thought an tests.

I'm a right handed person. 99% of the time I use my phone left handed. Bottom right is nearly inaccessible for me in that case. No problems to reach top left though. I'd say it depends a lot how you hold your phone in your hand. I'm definitely against it to put it on the bottom right by default

Funny, to me (right handed use) top-left is the only really inaccessible card :/ I guess most important for me would be to have most recent app in the bottom. bottom-left or bottom-right is another story. It would be cool if there was API for it. 3rd party apps could influence sorting/pinning then.

Try using your phone left handed. Makes sense as you're still able to write down notes or use a computer mouse. Guess that must be difficult if you use your phone right handed. Also, if you ever played games you'll notice that the cursor/stick is always on the left. Left handed should feel natural.

I disagree, top left makes much more sense for most of the situations.
