hello folks,

I'm from india recideved phone via snapdeal.com just before 20days,now my phone got stuck on bootloop screen showing jolla loho n white led indicator i've tried evrything reinstalling battery recovery mode but nothing worked for me..

when i called snadeal to know service centre for jolla even they dont have any clue about it..

what to do.. i,m really tensed about my phone bcoz i have bought just 20 days before...

in recovery mode i got message that ERROR..flashed file too old...temme folks what to do..

HCL Touch is listed on the snapdeal product page as the authorised service centre.

but hcl touch had refused to take my phone saying they dint know anything about jolla nor they had any tieup with snapdeal regarding jolla service..:( help me with service centre number or any other details..

First steps to take:

  • Check that your SIM card is inserted correctly
  • Connect and reconnect the charger
  • Take the battery out for ten minutes

snapdeal is shitt..they dint even know any service centre nor hcl touch even know about jolla smartphone..they replied when i called them that we dont know anything regarding jolla smartphone you should better conatct snapdeal and what snapdeal did they provide local mobile shop number as service centre...

i'm facing really bad problem here..show me some proper way to resolve this..:(

Contact care@jolla.com and tell them of your issue. In the meantime, what version of sailfish was present on the device, when you bought it? What exactly happens, when you try to recovery using telnet ?

bought on 29th of september..using latest os on sailfish updated..btrfs recovery dint help to bootloop my phone..my phone still stuck on bootloop..

nothing phone was lying besides me...music was running and phone rebooted...n stuck on bootloop...
