since by default jolla store has an account for each of jolla users...

the apps we download can be stored as a log... so for by chance if the phone gets restored for some problems. so we can just go to the store and select restore apps.. instead of having the trouble for searching the apps and installing individually..

I would prefer to have an option as well choosing which of the old apps to be installed.

If this ever gets implemented, could it please be an option with default off? Otherwise it would make sharing the same account between different phones a near impossibility.

means in any case to have an access to a jolla app-store website on their server, with login and pwd entry.

There is a similar request here: Download History In Jolla Store. Maybe add a note and a vote there as well?

why? if your jolla phone got crashed. how do you access on it after that? i find your proposal strange

Having a backup on the same storage/device you are backing up is pointless in any case. Have a backup on an SD card.

Do you not save your backup? When your jolla is crashed, there is need to get back the apps when all documents and data is lost... So storing backup on my server is mandatory for me.

@pichlo, yes at last on sd card make more sense (a little). but you don't know if your sd-card got crashed with your device too...

@SaimenSays so at last, you could accepted that jolla do it for you on their server. i find it smarter. not each people on earth are skilled enough to build a backup server which rebuild all your solution on the next device, or find this jolla-app-backup-file again to remake all the system on the same stand.... do you see what i mean?
