bug here does not update tiles if been offline at start

I was looking into data-mining and started HERE without internet connection, after I connected, HERE does not start downloading tiles on its own. Restarting HERE while connected instantly shows maps, either it had them downloaded but did not show (known locations) or it did not download them. I used GPS (without A-) in this case.
EDIT: while further testing as I had no tiles loaded for every location I had saved, with A-GPS but being offline it seems to remember what tiles it had loaded (so I guess it wasn't "not showing" known tiles but has downloaded all tiles for all saved locations once it had internet somewhere in between)
