I'm looking for a native app to create/extract archives. Is there any? Dealing with command line is not very flexible way.

P.S. if there isn't, I think that writing one would be a good programming practice for me.

This app is command line style, but you choose by selecting the appropriate number/option, rather than typing loads of lines. Works well, does what it should and has a GUI of sorts, try it.

It's available from Openrepos , it's called 'Unrar & Unzip extractor' by Schturman;

Direct link to app - https://openrepos.net/sites/default/files/packages/365/urextractor-0.1-1.armv7hl.rpm

I'm not sure if this app is capable of creating archives, I think it may just be extraction.

If commandline is OK, You can use p7zip https://openrepos.net/content/nieldk/p7zip

Urextractor is a convenient shell. It has only one fault as far as I am concerned. It looks in the Downloads directory only. If it had an option to browse to your file, it would be perfect.

For naitive The file browser extract of archives is must have feature. Besides after isolated android stuff to chroot, you can't use Android applications for extract files from naitive file system (home, sdcard).
