I really need native snappea app on Jolla and pc suite for windows

Then contact the original author of the software, as it clearly is not available for SailfishOS, unless someone/a group of folk here in the community decide to port it, but there may well be copyright issues as seen with Mitakuuluu and Whatsapp, either that or you use Android version.
PC suite for Jolla is something that is on it's way I believe, so I've read here on JTC, at least there are polls for such a question/idea;
