Hey there, i would like to announce my Car Holder for the Jolla Phone: link text It is 3D Printable and the SDL files are at Thingiverse. This first version is compatible to Brodit Car Holder stuff, cause it replaces their car holder for my old N9. After my TOHKB arrives I will made a new one. I hope this thing will be useful for somebody.

Looks great. A suggestion: when you make a new one for the TOHKBD, maybe you can design one that makes use of the magnets of TOH. So you detach the keyboard and attach the phone with its magnets to the car holder?

I was originally hoping for a car holder that makes use of TOH-capabilities to autostart some sort of 'Car Panel' when mounting the phone in the car. However, the way TOHs are put on the phone is a bit too cumbersome to make this work easily.

Still, perhaps with NFC the autostart car panel idea can still be realised...

I use the Nokia CR-123 car holder and it is absolutely perfect for the Jolla. I use it horizonally and the USB plug fits exaclty through the hole of the third side boundary. It has some rubber vibration attenuation on two boundary, can be closed in 0,5 sec and opened in 0,5 sec and the mobile phone is attached absolutely safely. As charger I use a HAMA Business Rollup Car Charging Cable with microUSB. Since the cable length is limited, I have to use the holder in horizontal mode and plug the micro-USB cable in from the right-hand side.
Many thousand kilometers and navigation with OSMAnd based on Open Street Map - works quite well!

I instantly found the concept elegant, so i ordered one, received yesterday. With the standard white OTH you need to apply the small transparent round sticker (two are supplied) for the succion cup to work. A small detail, but might bother some. After that, the holder works perfectly and holds the phone very tight. What could be better than a swedish holder to put between my finnish phone and my swedish car :) ?

I'd love to see a car holder to the windshield/rear mirror which could enable daylight to the SolarTOH

It would be nice to have a bike handlebar holder for the phone and especially for a new version of the the phone.
