Other devices option is not there in Device Manager? [answered]

Inside this link which is shared, it's said to find 'other devices' option in the 'manage' section of Device Manager(section 2.2, point 5), i couldn't find the other devices option even when i follow the previous steps correctly. What should i do now?

I finally solved this problem, tried it on another system. Actually it was the fault in my system and not in my jolla.
