[Jolla Tablet] Which additional countries should we make it available to? [answered]

Dear Jolla Community,
The Jolla Tablet Indiegogo Campaign is now live! Check it out at http://igg.me/at/jolla-tablet
For the campaign, we are currently shipping to EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Russia, China, Hong Kong, India and the United States.
However, we are interested to know how much desire there is for the Jolla Tablet in more countries. If you want to see your own country in the list, please do the following:
check if your country is already listed as an "Answer" in this topic, if it is, vote for it!
(extra duplicate posts are deleted!)- if your country has not been mentioned yet, add it as an "Answer"
- Vote, and get your family and friends to vote for your country too!
We will keep an eye on this post, and will look into the most voted countries to see if we can add them to the applicable countries list.

You voted, we listened! We're happy to announce that the two most voted countries currently, Australia and Canada, are now added to the Jolla Tablet campaign. Australians and Canadians, show us your support and encourage even more people to join the Jolla movement!

dsilveira ( 2014-11-19 16:43:51 +0300 )@dsilveira: most, if not nearly all, jurisdictions have regulatory agencies that have to certify radio devices sold. That does include things with wifi and bluetooth; can't sell a tablet to US consumers without certification by the FCC, for example. Now, it's much easier when it's wifi and bluetooth and not cellular, which I imagine is part of why this tablet is shipping to the States while the phone doesn't.
