Tablet battery size [duplicate]

Looking at the specs, despite equivalent size with the ipad mini 3 (actually slightly bigger), how come the battery is 33% smaller than the ipad's. (or ipad's being 50% bigger than jolla's)

I understand Apple has much bigger means to attain impressive manufacturing but the difference is nonetheless much bigger than many of us would have anticipated
