Why not jolla adding a quick jolla customer care services where people can ask their quires and issues.. Community might take little longer to answer but a toll free no can solve their problems and quires instantly. It will be more helpful for jolla accessories and products stores as well...

There's quite a lot of content in the Help Center at https://jolla.zendesk.com
If you need to talk to someone, you can at least send a ticket. You can do it top-right.
Edit: on your Jolla submitting a request is at the bottom of the view.

It's expensive and would result in Jolla spending a lot of time on people that are too lazy to google for basic stuff. The good questions woul probably be few and far between. I feel that the time and money required can be put to better use.

you are right brother even i tried to search but unable to find in google search or it is not mentioned in jolla site... Jolla do something....
