Bug: Phone call can't be answered or dropped [released]

Just happened to me also, 1.0.2.5.

Is there any known steps to reproduce this? I've never seen it yet.

Yesterday it happened to me too

This has happened to mee too. I didn't have lockscreen enabled so I saw just normal incoming call. I just couldn't swipe pulley to answer or decline the call. I had to lock phone and open again. Then select 1 call in progress and answer normally.

Just now I got a call and it just displayed the lock screen and no answer options. I had to power off my phone to not annoy everyone at the office. When I called the person back using the call log the screen went black and suddenly I heard the person speaking while I was tapping and swiping.

Another "me too" also with call out sometimes it can not be shut off before get a respod , say make a wrong call and want to hang up !!

This happened also after I had just done a factory reset so it's probably no 3rd party app that's causing it.

I have had a similar trouble - can't pick up an incoming call, as the pull down menu becomes unresponsive or very slow. After rebooting all is back to normal.

I had a similar problem today : the phone keeps ringing, no possibility to answer or refuse the call, screen remains black no matter what I do. I had to force shutdown to stop ringing.

Try to reset the phone. Are you using openrepos repository?

had the same with 1.1.4.29. Phone call was stored in call log. Maybe it's time to use something else as everyday phone and wait for Jolla to mature.

This has happened to me more than a couple of times.

Happened several times to me either - even with the latest update

This has happened to me since the last update 2 times.

1 time the phone was connected through blue-tooth with a carkit and i took it of the carkit(switched of the headphones logo in the call application) then wanted to end the call because I got the voicemail. But the phone didn't let me hang up. Eventually I killed the conversation I was then making to the voicemail by taking out the battery.

The second time the I was again put through with voicemail and wanted to end the conversation. Only the end call button didn't respond, when I decided to take the battery out the call was finally ended.It took something like 8/10 seconds more then normal.

This behavior occurred for me since 1.1.4.29.

Please fix Jolla. If needed I can send in logs if you want to and I can try to film it, but it it is not happening very often so it needs to be a lucky shot.

Happened to me once since the last update. This was the first time since ages...

happened again today...

Happened to me two times today. I use jolla from january and this is first time when this thing happened. Call UI was displayed, but up/down slide didn't work. I pressed the power button, then "ignore" screen appeared but buttons on it didn't work too.

On second call I minimize app with right swipe, then opened app again and could answer the call (don't fully remember how I did this). Then i rebooted the device and problem disappeared.

This occurred to me couple of times since I updated to 1.1.4.29. From time to time the pulley menues for accepting or ending a call do not work so I either can not accept a call or end a call. The "end call" button also did not work. I have yet to find out under what circumstances this bug occurs. It might be linked to the phone orientation or the proximity sensor.
