I'm on version 1.1.0.39 Uitukka

To reproduce:

  1. Open calendar app
  2. Click on 7th December 2014
  3. Pull down 'Create new event'
  4. Type in whatever name, say 'Event 1'
  5. Save
  6. 'Event 1' appears below
  7. Close calendar app
  8. Open calendar app again
  9. Go to 7th December 2014 again
  10. No events there, shows 'Your schedule is free'.
  11. If you go create another event again, say 'Event 2'. Then 'Event 1' will appear again, together with 'Event 2'
  12. Close calendar app and open again, and they will all be gone again.

I used to have all calendars selected, now I have just Personal selected which is blue colour. My events all appear to be blue.

I wonder if anyone else has this problem on the 7th December. For my phone this problem only happens on that date.

I can confirm this for Dec. 7th.

Only additional step I took:
My first event was created in a remote calendar (Yahoo) while the second was created in the local one. It doesn't make any difference, though. both disappear (re-appear) exactly as described above)

Uitukka here, too.

Remember, remember, December the 7th ;)

I don't get it.

Just a silly pun over "Remember, remember, the 5th of November" Sorry ;)

But indeed an interesting bug. Wonder why it's exactly December 7th.

I still don't get it. Excuse me, I'm going under my rock now.

Today I was hit by this again: events (created today) also disappear for Feb 8th and March 8th, while April 8th works fine. Probably check if the proposed fix works for this, too? Or if this is a new bug ...

Good catch. Seems this occurred because when launching calendar in November, 7th of December was the last day initially shown. When loading more events, the day was omitted as already loaded.

Should fix: https://github.com/nemomobile/nemo-qml-plugin-calendar/pull/49

Interesting. Since it's already December, the events are showing on the 7th. Great that you caught it on November. Thanks!

Is Jolla going to pull that into the next update?

Unfortunately this likely misses the next update as coming a bit late and not being a regression.
