[Request]Quicker access to call or send SMS

I thought maybe someone have posted something about this topic, but I can't find it... In the current version's People app, we need to enter the details page of someone to make a call or send SMS. It is even more inconvenient than make a call through Phone app, in which we can just tap once to make a call. Suggestion: add "call" and "send SMS" button on the right of the name. If there are more than one number, show a number list. For the favourites, tap on their image to make a call instead of entering their profile would be better.
Update:maybe a right pulley menu for making calls and a left pulley menu for sending SMS would be better.(thanks to chemist)
I'm not sure what you mean, at least for me it works the following way; I touch a letter in "people" app, and a list of contacts starting with that letter open, I touch a name and get the SMS & Call buttons.
