Is there a way to change the fonts in the device??

it would be rather cool to have a font changer includints size

Fonts folder is found in /usr/share/fonts - You could back up the original fonts and try placing in your own, entirely at your own risk of course.

This has been discussed here on TJC a couple of times in different ways, so I would say your question is a sort of duplicate, (I will leave it to others to decide on duplication of the question), nonetheless, here are a few links (of many) on the subject of changing fonts in Jolla/Sailfish.

Not configurable, but it does install bolder fonts, very visible throughout most, if not all of the UI.
