How to change priority of android notification to 100 ?

Hi.
Maybe someone know how to change priority of android whatsapp notification to 100 to be shown on the lockscreen ?

I am not sure but Android app notifications on lock screen (including Whatsapp) achieved by changing priority but this can be achieved by installing the package from unofficial repo. Install at your own risk (i had to install it as it sent endless notification and ringing for 1Mobile - hopefully it will be fixed).

I suppose it would be difficult to set the priority of a certain android app notification to a higher value. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to allow setting the priority of android notifications (all apps). I would like to see such a feature implemented.
