Hello Jolla,
it would be very nice if you would somehow publish the recent kernel sources used on your devices. It would be nice to have tarballs of kernel sources when an update is pushed to Jolla devices.
An nonplus ultra would be if you could publish them on an git repository.

That's the current way. The DVD is delivered with the source tarballs as entered into our build system.
In additional value, there is a NOTE.txt in kernel-adaptation-sbj:

Now, this is just me talking:
We're not yet ready to move our in-progress git kernel tree for the Jolla device into the open, but we're working on it - it's not only Jolla working on it, so multiple parties has to agree to working in the open on it.
Giving a DVD in this day and age sucks, but it's our way to make sure you get a complete snapshot according to your license requirements. If you want, I can dump the kernel-adaptation package matching the releases somewhere to spare the earth some CO2. Coming from TMO and following the epic locked bootloader discussion there I would also suggest to open source the LK bootloader if possible.
