I prepared this short survey for us Jolla users / enthusiasts.
After I consider the sample to be large enough, I will try to do some statistical analysis on it and publish the results here along with the link to the data, so you can make your own analyses (and check mine).
Please spread the link among Jolla users / interested people so we can get as good factual statistics as possible, about who we are :)
If the survey is popular, we could make other surveys for example about the coming tablet and some survey for developers. Suggest any ideas you find useful.
EDIT 3rd December: I think keeping the poll open until 12th of December. I hope 1 week+ is enough time to gather more answers, currently we're at 56 participants, thank you all! Let's hope we will reach at least a hundred or few! (and I was hoping for thousands first, silly me :)
EDIT 5th December: We're now at 250 participants, thank you all! everyone else, please consider taking time to answer too!
EDIT 10th December: Thanks for 369 answers! Two more days, let's make it close to 500! (I'm sorry for bumping this so many times.. please bear with me, soon it's over and it's results time)
EDIT 13th January: Hi guys, sorry for being so late.. I was busy doing other stuff during the holidays :/ Thanks to all 488 respondents! (in the summary it says 489, but there was one entry with mostly empty stuff so it was left over from some testing most likely) I just now realized I could've just published the summary in Google docs, here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ViWLj57bx_dLCanWC327K2nq7n-hdMV7crfRtyyYtWs/viewanalytics#start=publishanalytics
So for the quick results, see there.
I'll try to do something more by making pattern searches etc. to the "free answers". Then write some report which is more informative than just an .ods. You can follow that progress here: https://github.com/Acce0ss/jollausersurvey Currently I'm in the phase of drawing the graphs with Calc and planning the document.
