Jolla together app unusable since latest version [answered]

Some days ago I updated the Jolla Together app to the latest version 0.14, and it is unusable. Before the upgrade it worked fine. When I start the app now, it says "Fetching login data" and then hangs for ever. Selecting "Login" from the pulley menu gives a white screen and then hangs, too. I have already uninstalled the app and installed again, but with no luck. Any hints?

I updated to latest version of together app, I'm running Uitukka 1.1.0.39 - No problems.

Perhaps to uninstall again, use a file browser to remove any traces of together app in home and root, reboot, reinstall and try again. Sometimes even just a reboot sorts these kind of things out.

It's not an official app so this report would best be sent directly to the developer instead.

After update It takes long time to open app,It often ask If If want to wait or close the app,Only that app does that.Im on 1.08.21

Same problem with Uitukka - endless 'Fetching login data...', several refreshes at web view helped login in. Now it works.

deleting /home/nemo/.cache/harbour-jolla2gether/harbour-jolla2gether/.QtWebKit directory does the trick also. With File Browser app thta can be done easily with the device.

just updated, and it works, it didn't before. login works on opening app, and i can even browse questions during login. no problem here with Tahkalampi.

Did you use your login + password for your jolla account? I also had enter my username and password to reactivate Jolla Together and used the login data for my Jolla Account which is different from the username for this forum.
