Why? Why can't we have the stella TOH here in Europe? Could you please don't realese region-exclusive content Jolla!

Do you actually believe this to be an official Jolla TOH? Does not look like that to me. First indication: it does not even bear the Jolla logo.

Yes: http://www.jollausers.com/2014/10/jolla-phone-with-angrybirds-stella-toh/ The Shop is jolla-authorized and I dont think they would like them to sell fake Jolla TOHs and it's likely after the Romino Deal and Stella Launcher
