Edit: Fixed in 1.1.1.26!

When I have Browser already running and I open a bookmark with a Launcher shortcut, the bookmark in question is loaded in Browser, as expected. But something else happens too: A new app cover appers on home screen with the text "Loading…" and is stuck there. In addition, the original Browser cover becomes partly transparent, showing my ambience background through. Screenshot below, with one cover for the browser (on the right) and another "loading" (left).

The extra cover doesn't go away with waiting. (I left it there overnight to check, it was still there in the morning.) It can't be closed (no X appears with long tap, and "Close all" leaves it there). Nothing happens when I tap on it.

Now, when I launch a second app, the "Loading…" cover is replaced by a "loading" cover of this second app. The newly launched app gets a new "real" cover, and the "loading" cover stays there. Screenshot below. Here I have two Settings covers in the top row, one "loading" and another functional.

There's also a curious side effect: While this "ghost cover" is on the home screen, app folders in Launcher don’t work. I can open a folder, but the icons inside the folder are dimmed, and if I tap on one of them, the app that’s under it in the Launcher (not inside a folder) is launched instead. Screenshot:

This happens every time when I use a Launcher bookmark with the Browser already open. I noticed this only recently, so I don't know if 1) this is a bug introduced in Uitukka, or 2) I just haven't noticed earlier, because I haven't really been using Launcher bookmarks, or 3) this is not a bug and it's just my phone that's somehow messed up.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yes, happens to me as well. "Ghost" covers stay on screen until I open and close the browser once again from its main shortcut.

Sailfish 1.1.0.39. Another way to close the "Ghost" covers is to open and close whatsapp (android app)

Actually, I think launching and then closing any app closes the ghost (with a few seconds delay).

I have some selfmade .desktop files under .local/share/applications (e.g. wol). These apps also generate ghost covers.
