Haven't tried the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 multiwindow feature yet but how would this compare to the Sailfish one that Jolla would introduce on the tablet if it gets enough funding?

I think it is a bit too early for speculations. But I'll try nonetheless, but don't take my guesses as granted:

As far as I see this, Jolla will much more likely implement a split fullscreen feature as can be seen in recent Windows 8 releases, than relying on draggable "windows" like the Samsung Note 4. On Windows 8, you can split the screen wherever you like, drag the "splitting line" to the left or right to resize the opened windows/apps and on the Jolla you can probably also change the opened apps via the multitasking home view (perhaps by long tapping and then selecting which apps to be shown in the multitasking view).

But be careful: That's just my 2 Cents and what I would speculate on after having a look at the shown split screen feature (in videos and on pictures).

Jolla's Jaakko Roppola has given some hints in his blog post: http://jaakkoroppola.blogspot.fi/2014/10/multi-touch-and-bigger-screens.html

Though to repeat his disclaimer:

Note that this has nothing to do with Jolla. People have been asking me about how could Sailfish OS work on larger touch screens, so here it is folks. Some theoretical design thoughts about Sailfish OS user experience, on a bigger size.

So it could be like that or something totally different. :)
