Hello everyone, In the camera application, when the focus mode is set on "tap to focus", the action of shutter (either from tactile screen or volume button) focuses automatically the picture to the selected focus zone.

I can understand why it is desirable in a casual context, but this behaviour should be optional imho. It couples the action of focusing with the action of actually taking the picture, which is very confusing when one is trying to actually compose a photo.

For example, when you want to set focus first, then adjust the frame around: the point you focused on is still focused, but not necessarily coincident with the on-screen "focus-there" previously defined zone.

Could this be considered as a feature request for future versions?

I consider this a bug (tagged it) as usually "tap2focus" is you tap, it focusses and does not pump after that, I think either the feature name is wrong as it is "manual focus area" or it is a plain bug, either way it is wrong...
